In May 2019, the SLSI launched a Leadership Development Training (LDT) program. The program is highly interactive, designed for new and experienced railroad managers who are interested in improving their leadership skills in areas such as effective communication, delivering constructive feedback, managing agreements, coaching and building high performance teams.
